Happy Chinese New Year!

February is full of holidays.  Personally, although only partially recovered from Groundhog Day, I am going to celebrate Chinese New Year today anyway. It is the Year of the Rabbit. There will be a big celebration this afternoon at the Community Center. Perhaps camera and I will venture over there.  Meanwhile here is a little trivet honoring today.

  1. Suzanna, is this wonderful piece needlefelted, too? It's amazing how distinct the features are, you are a master! Isn't it interesting how much there is to celebrate right NOW? I'd say we're really getting slammed, if it wasn't so much fun, that is.

  2. Hi Peggy, yes it is needlefelted...I'm on a bit of a roll with these! I like having all the February holidays...especially now when things might be a little dreary otherwise...
