Here is a little foretelling of spring, blooming by my front door.
Reading about the snow back east, I feel a little envious, but at the same time can imagine it seems like more than enough and darn that groundhog and his predictions, so here is a sight perhaps for sore eyes. I wanted to display my accomplishment re: paper piecing, but the camera battery ran down so it will have to wait.
Oh, my daffodils are still deep down in the soil. Only the snowdrops were showing their head a few days ago, but the we got snow again, so now they are covered with a blanket of snow.
ReplyDeleteSuzanna, enjoy, your little spring bringer.
Spring starts so early here...the plum trees are beginning to blossom too. It likely will turn cold again soon and so we hope it won't harm the blossoms and then the fruit. I wonder if the snowdrops survive being covered by the snow?
